What type of coating or paint is RC 9000?

It is a green single component closed cell coating.

 

What substrates can you apply RC 9000 onto?

It will adhere to almost any surface; Steel, Aluminum, glass, wood, canvas, foam, fiberglass, rubber, plastic etc. (On Plastic Substrates: plastic adhesion primer must be applied before RC 9000 Coatings can top coat over it.)The only material RC 9000 will NOT adhere to is silicone / silicone based material.

 

What is RC 9000 superior qualities to other coatings?

RC 9000 is a 100% pure coating with no added fillers.

 

How is Products different from most other brands?

The coating is closed cell which means it does not breathe and allow any air or liquid to penetrate and touch the surface which was coated.

What is the temperature range of the coating on the substrate? RC 9000 is working in the performance temp. range of +200 F° / -100 F°+ 93°C / - 73°C

What colors of RC 9000 can I buy?

We have several basic colors but white is our standard.

Grey, black & Tan are secondary base colors.

For an extra fee we can supply any color needed for the project.

 

What type of PH resistance does RC 9000 posses?

We can resist most types of chemicals on the Ph scale from 1-14.

 

How long does it take for RC 9000 to cure?

It takes approximately one week for a full cure,

but depending on the application conditions it will skin over

in about 2 hours application conditions it will ski over in about 2 hours.

How long is RC 9000 shelf life?

It will last for over 10 years in the pail.
